Authentic Panamanian dishes that Mrs. Juliana prepares homemade.  Tortillas, hojaldres (puffed pastry), buñuelos (fried dough balls), and carimañoles (meat pie in yucca) are the usual fare, and she often has boiled eggs, pork ribs, and patacones (fried plantains).  Coffee, various teas, and hot chocolate available here.
