Authentic Panamanian dishes including fried eggs, hojaldres (puffed pastry), sancocho (Panamanian style specialty stew), and chicken or pork (fried or stewed) dishes. The meat dishes come with beans and carrot / cabbage salad. Chicha (sweetened, fermented drink made with corn and honey) sold here, also.
